Video Duplication:
Prices vary depending on number of DVDS to be duplicated.
It also includes DVD being in paper sleeve or jewel case with various options such as insert, no insert or front and back insert.
Optional Costs:

* Pick up of your master DVD - (free for new customers)
* Delivery of your duplicated DVDs - (free for new customers)

Editing:
Editing is two ways.
Editing uncut - it is just as it is when recorded. No editing or graphics/text added. Just plain editing.
Editing cut - It is cut, edited, graphics/text added.
It is done in DVD format. VHS is optional, but it is diminishing. Charges vary.

Pricing:
Charges are based on hourly service for each event. The charges are discussed and agreed on contractural terms.
Prices vary for business and non-profit groups.
Consideration may be given to those on low or limited budgets.
Costs include such as preparations, scripting, set up, rehearsing, videotaping, editing, clean up, marketing and other needs as per contract.

Payment Terms:
50% (Fifty percent) down payment and signed contract must be completed at least 3 weeks (21 days) before a scheduled production is made. The contract is to determine dates, locations, times and plans.
50% (Fifty percent) remaining balance to be paid upon completion of the project.
Cashier's check, money order or business checks are allowed. Payment can be arranged through PayPal. No personal checks allowed.
In order for us to accept your personal checks, please contact us for credit application. We need to have your credit application in our files for security reasons and you are responsible to update when you move or change banks.
