DEP SERVICES Deaf Event Promotions Services are established for organizations, individuals or businesses. All events are planned from the start to finish for any groups small or large.

TICKET SALES: DEPTIX

DEP Services has a system to account for each ticket buyer that enables the system to meet every individual need. The system is developed to keep track of activity of each ticket purchased and distributed. It can be adapted for any groups. The activity report is given to the organizaton committee to know where to go each time they meet. The professionals will help guide the committee in meeting the goals. The activity can be small or big. The DEPTIX system has been developed to meet small or large number of event participants. DEPTIX is the trademark rights of Paul Kiel and Deaf Images. EVENT PLANNING: STRATEGIC PROMOTIONS AND LOGISTICS RESOURCES

DEP Services has another program called STRATEGIC PROMOTIONS AND LOGISTICS RESOURCES (SPALR). We provide services from the start to finish. We can start planning with you from Day one to finish. The program vary according to calendar. Some events may take years in planning. We can plan for you in as short as 30 days in advance. It is economical and timewise to plan ahead so let us do the planning for you! For the first time customers, we will offer 50% discount for the services. This offer is good until June 30, 2009. We will accept your events up to December 31, 2009. This discount is good only during 2009. Leave the worries and planning to the professionals! You will be glad that you hired us to do the planning for you!

EVENT COORDINATION: PROCESS OF PLANNING

Whether it be party, wedding, family event, birthday, social gathering, holiday, festival, ceremony, graduation party, conference, workshop, we can do planning for you. We coordinate everything from budgeting, picking dates, scouting sites, do the contracting, and coordinating small details from parking to cleaning up. We have speciality in developing themes, arranging for speakers and presenters, coordinating logistics, arranging decor, tables, tents, chairs, security, police, fire, public toilets, signage, back up plans, medical plans and clean up.

EVENT PREPARATION: SELECTION OF VENDORS
	We have the list of vendors who are professionals in handling every need for every event. You tell us what you want and we will find the vendors to provide services to you. You need a tent? We will get it for you. You need more tables and chairs? We will get them for you. It all takes planning to achieve those goals for event promotion.

EVENT MEDIA RELATIONS: COMMUNITY AWARENESS PROMOTIONS
	We have media resources that the community can learn more about your event. Whether it be public or private, the decision is yours. We offer graphic and media services. We do the art and designing of materials for each function. It can be program books, signage, posters, e-mails, first class mails, flyers, e-tickets, website management, compiling database, and miscellaneous services.
