The ASL Bicentennial (AB) is an opportunity to celebrate and learn about 200 years of American Sign Language. We will honor these two extraordinary men ( Clerc and Veditz ) for their preserverance and continue our global vision of equality and human rights in communication.
We can celebrate 200 years of ASL (American Sign Language).
The ASL Bicentennial Committee is being set up. You can join us.
We invite your organization to join us as a Community Partner.
Community Partners are encouraged to use the AB Logo (pending) and will be recognized on the AB website and other in publicity about the Bicentennial.
As a Community Partner of the ASL Bicentennial (AB), you agree to do any or all of the following:
1) Provide inkind support and/or services to the AB
2) Publicize the AB at your location, through a link on your website to www.aslbicentennial.org (pending) and announcements in newsletters and other forms of communication
3) Sponsor or host a program during the Bicentennial year (2016)
4) Promote AB programs at your events
5) Participate in other programs during the Bicentennial year
6) Contribute transcripts, pictures, and other materials to the AB for follow-up publications and website presentations
